Q: I’m shopping for a new phone plan for my family. Is an unlimited data plan a good option?
A: On paper, unlimited data seems like a great deal. You can use your smartphone as much as you want and you’ll never be charged for overages. Something about the word “unlimited” makes the plan seem more valuable. You’ll never have to worry about exceeding your data caps again.
I’m looking for a car, but I hate haggling over the price. What can I do to get the best deal?
1.) Do your homework before you get to the lot.
Narrow your choices down so you only need to take a few test drives. Find out the typical price for comparable vehicles if you’re buying used and look up rebates and incentives for new cars. The more you know, the lower the price you’ll pay.
